The Mirror offers reflections — not truths. It will sometimes see you clearly, and it will sometimes be wrong. It works best for people who push back on it. Your correction is part of the work.
The Mirror is not therapy, not a clinical tool, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. It is a private space for self-exploration — and it points back toward your life and the people in it, not away from them.
The Mirror is built for people 16 and older. This kind of reflection assumes a self already formed enough to push back on what it sees — and that pushing back is the work.
The Mirror is not appropriate during an acute mental health crisis, active psychosis, or severe dissociation. It cannot replace human support, especially in crisis. The most help it can offer is pointing you toward real-world support — always available from Crisis Support, here and inside The Mirror.
Your reflections are private — visible only to you, never reviewed or shared by anyone.

The Mirror can only show what stands before it. Come as you are — nothing hidden, nothing performed. No one sees your answers. What you share here is private to you.
